Here is a little something I have learned over the years. Often what we think of right before going to sleep at night is what is the first thing on our minds in the morning. So, if you go to bed worrying about your anxiety and what you must face the next day, that is what you will wake up with. Before falling asleep, try reading something happy or lie there and think about something that makes you feel good - your garden, your kids, etc. I know it is not easy, but when it can be done it does help to ease that horrible early morning dread. Pay attention to your thoughts at night and in the morning and see if this is something that will help you. It is not a cure all by any means, but sometimes the little things can make a little magic happen! Dor
