Just received shipment from Bellvue Pharmacy. Seems like such a stupid question, but I really don't understand how someone could use 2 pumps of P, 2 pumps of E, and 2 pumps of T! It says that I am supposed to put them on my inner arm. My arms are not that big! I started with 1 pump each and it takes up my entire arm. Am I doing something wrong here?? Maybe I can put E on top of P? I would appreciate any advice! Thanks!

When I was using Estrogel, I would squirt one blob on my inner arm and then rub both my inner arms together so it would be spread between the two. I used my P cream at night and it was only a small amount, but I would put it on the same arm. I'm pretty sure it's AOK to do this. I did it that way for a year with no problem.
When I used T cream (again, it was such a tiny dab) I think I put that on the top of my feet or my shins. They say anywhere that is thin skinned.
Inner thighs are good for E too, but not P. P shouldn't go anywhere with lots of fat (tummy etc.).

Now I use oral E and vaginal P.
