Have been reading about this type of calcium called: Garden of Life Vitamin Code Raw Calcium. It is: 756 mg Raw, vegan, whole Food, organic, plant-form calcium, 1600 IU raw vitamin D-3, 100 mcg Vitamin K2 as raw mk-7, 386 mg of magnesium, live probiotics and enzymes.

Has anyone heard of this type of calcium or have taken this ?? Also comes separate is strontium 680 mg per day, but I do not know much about that - any feedback ??

Sorry that it took so long to reply....I finally had some time to pull some articles that I had saved.

Hi again...days later, if I could afford Garden of Live calcium, I would buy it in a heartbeat. I think that this one absorbs (bio-availability) better than most supplements.

Calcium Carbonate and thyroid Hormones Don't Mix Well according to Dr. Mercola. yahoo/google his site. He has a lot of good information. Here is a good article... http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles...07/04/hrt4.aspx

Take a look at Swanson Health Products at their health library. There vitamins are inexpensive, but high quality. They say that food sources are the best. (A garden of life type product?)

Whoa! Did not know that! What about other forms of calcuim? Calcium citrate? I found out that you're supposed to take your thyroid meds separate from everything else. Been doing that for a month now.
