Finally I get to go see my new doc this friday. It seems I've been waiting forever! I've been on a waiting list since August and I am just praying she will be able to help me get these hormones more balanced and some relief!!!! I was referred to her by my gynec., she's an endocrinologist and menopause specialist. I have to drive over an hour to get there but thats okay, if it means getting some help finally then I don't care. I've been suffering for about a year now without any help from a dr. that knows what to do.

Koco, lucky you! I hope your new Dr. is everything you want them to be. After all, you have waited long enough! Unfortunetly for most of us out here there just aren't enough good doctors to go around. They don't understand memopause or just think it will all end when our periods end. Well, that happened 3 years ago and I am still waiting for normalcy. Please let us know how it goes. Good luck!

Thanks!! I will report back about the visit. I'm trying to be realistic and know that it won't be magically wiped away but at least if I could just get a little relief then I would be happy about that as compared to what I've been suffering with for so long. Will probably be some trial and error to come but as long as I know I'm getting something done about it then I feel hopeful. I've honestly been doing everything that can possibly be done on my part.
I think a lot of dr's just don't want to fool with this kind of thing because its too in depth.
