I was wondering if anyone suffers from extreme elbow pain?

I have been dealing with this for about 4 years. I had shots before and they helped for about 6 months. Now it is so bad that I can barely use my left hand. Also when the pain is bad my ring and pinkie fingers plus the lower part of my hand and outside forarm are numb. I hate it.

I was told 4 years ago that I had "tennis elbow" from typing alot but no arthritis. I do not type alot now. So why is it still bothering me so much.

Is it possible to have a pinched nerve in my elbow? I know I have two pinched nerves in my neck that cause me pain in my shoulders but in my elbow?

I just dont know. Can anyone enlighten me?

I used to get it when I had to teach to many water aerobics classes in the pool during the summer. If i rested it after a few days it would go away. maybe alot of typing during the day (on this site ) is enough to aggravate it .. there are some braces you can put on your arm to help relieve the pinching of the nerve .. they sell them on amazon.com or at your local pharmacy I would think. You also might want to try accupuncture.
