Hi,
I've noticed in the past month (I'm 37) that when i move and it doesn't matter what position: turn my head, walk sit my joints make this crunchy popping noise

, even the backs of my knees have done it.
Now, I am wondering is this one of those lovely peri symptoms or has anyone experienced this. I am wondering if maybe this is a symptom of osteoporosis although I think I'm too young yet.
Please if anyone could help I'd really appreciate it. Also, could you tell me what kind of doctor would I go see about "crunchy" joints. I was thinking orthopaedic but not sure.
Thanks for any help!
LOL! CRUNCHY JOINTS WHEN I MOVE......
LOL! It almost sounded like a cereal "Crunchy Joints." LOL! I don't know what is wrong with me.
Sorry...There is really nothing funny about joint problems. Yes, I have experienced this.
This is what I did...
I took fish oil vitamin A&D, and shark shark cartlidge. Both are inexpensive and you should see good results in one month. It is not a quick cure. There are only a few supplements that I have found that really work. These are two of them. The fish oil will help "lube" your joints, and the shark cartlidge seems to give your joints the building block for repair. Do not buy the expensive shark carlidge; they all seem to work the same. I get NOW brand for about $11.00. Swansons Vitamins (on net) has them even cheaper.
