Hi, My daughter in law used this for weight loss and told me about it. She has lost some noticable weight. Has anyone used this product and were there any side effects from it. This can be bought over the counter. Dr OZ spoke of this on his show. Wondering if I should try it or save my money lol Thanks, Chilly

I've been using it. Haven't noticed anything different! I would like to know where your dil gets hers from and what exactly is in it. I bought the highest dose available from Puritan's Pride. Got a VERY good deal. 6 bottles for $60. plus.

I wll talk to her this weekend. She said she bought it in Shop Rite. Liquid form. And takes 2 table spoons the same time each day. She also has alot more pep. And she is getting skinny. Just saw her yesterday and she looks it. Do you feel any different other then no weight loss? I will find out the kind and mgs shes using and get back to you. I sent my daughter to pick some up for me at Shop Rite and they didn't have what I was looking for. I guess all stores are different. So I will keep you posted.. Thanks Chilly

Be careful where you purchase this if you purchase it online. My hubby (who NEVER purchases anything online) and they debited our card for the purchase he made then a couple of weeks later debited it again. For most people who use a credit card they may not have noticed whereas he checks the checking each day. Do a google search on acai berry rip off. You'll see many responses.

With him, when he made the original purchase they said something to him very fast expecting him to just say yes, he made them stop and repeat it, it was then that he heard something to the effect of a auto purchase where they send it out every so often, he told them No, and told them they had better not try to debit him a 2nd time. But they did and according to several sites I visited they do this often. Supposedly the conversation is taped so that when they go fast and you say yes, you have no recourse.

Just sharing my experience... I did take several of the pills (didn't notice anything) but once I realized it was a rip-off I'm afraid of what might be in them so we both stopped taking them.

I've been buying from Puritan's Pride for a few years. Not everything, but some things. Have never been ripped off, but if it doesn't work then YES, it's a rip off!

Wow, Puritan's Pride looks like a good deal. Now I know my husband was ripped off. They were charging him $82. for one bottle of 30 pills. How long have you been taking this and what is it good for? My husband wanted it for his IBS.
