Can anyone tell me is there anything I can do to stop the crawly sensation in legs etc, I am on HRT but is there something else I should be doing to stop this horrible feeling. It seems to stay with me all day and wakes me during sleeping hours.
Any advise please. ohmy.gif

Hi Denni - sorry I can't offer any words of wisdom about this, but I get this too. I am not on HRT or anything but it still happens. It drives me mad. Crawly, itchy legs are so annoying - the only thing I do (which calms it down, but doesn't make it go away) is I have some aloe vera liquid in a spray - soak my legs in the stuff! It only takes the edge off but I haven't been able to find anything else which works completely.

Hope you get some advice from other ladies on here to help you.

Hugs

Hi denni:

I cannot offer any answers either.
I can tell you that I do experience the creepy crawlies too. I have found nothing that helps except a lot of squirming laugh.gif
You are not alone.

Hugs to you,

I get the tingling and some crawling feeling, especially when resting. I have read in some ps posts about an homeopatic medication called Lachesis 200c. I am not sure how much I am supposed to take of it so I have started twice a day, 2 pellets (I have checked though with the pharmacist where i got it) . It has only diminished the sensation and can't even feel it during the day any longer. I was told though that you are not supposed to stay on this medication a long time. About 3-4 days, if it works then the feeling should stop after few days. If it stays the same, discontinue. And don't take it if you are taking anything else, homeopatic medication can interact with other medications. Make sure to check first about lachesis wiith someone who knows about it as I am no doctor nor naturopath, if you know one, please check with him or her or check in the ps board discussions. I can't remember where I read about it but there is a thread about it.
I have to add that I started klonopin at the same time so it is possible that the klonopin might have helped to reduced the sensation. ANxiety being my worst symptoms.
good luck

Thanks for that I will research it and ask the pharmacy. Some days are worse than others
