Here we go again. I am at the end of my period and this morning I woke up with a headache, dread, panic digestive upset, loose stools etc.

SOMEONE please tell me this will pass...I am trying to keep a grip but days like this are so hard.

Yes, it will pass. Try writing it down, this helps so you can go back and remember that it was there and it passed. I hope you feel better as the day goes on.

Dread the end of my periods,but then again sometimes these things can start when they jolly well feel like it too!!!

Hi Maura .. I had gone 3 months without a period .. and quite frankly had forgotten how bad it all was ,, (kinda like forgetting the pain of childbirth) then WHAM ,, I got one on monday ,, with alllllll the symptoms you are describing ,, this is horrible .. but at least I got a glimpse of the other side and although I was a little bloated ,, and maybe 2 or 3 times a little over anxious it was nothing like how i feel now ,, so yes .... as soon as those periods start going away ,, the better it gets .. for me anyway.

hi maura, i to just come to the end of my period and ive got an headache now ,on my left side around temple and my eyes feel heavy, ive also had the panic especially when i get these headaches i always think tumour , it really p....s me off, but it does pass i usually get a couple of days a month when i feel fine then the symptoms start all over again, the joys of hormones, i think if god was a woman things would be totally different lol take care
