I do not know what to think is this part of peri menopause ? I had a partial hysterectomy when I was 27 so I have no idea how to gauge symptoms since I now longer have a cycle.

This all started last year and it has gotten worse and then better and worse and so on...

How long does this last? I am 49 and my mother went through the change when she was 48 so I assume this is part of what is happening to me.

She had a very hard time with it...I just feel some days it will never end.

I guess its different for everyone, (I'm 52, periods stopped 4 years ago) My internal shaking happens to me when i awaken from sleep, whether I've just dozed off for a few minutes while watching TV, or after a full nights sleep. I have to just sit awhile until it dissapates then i can move about again.

Hi,

me too!!! what is up with this? I am 53 and still having periods. If yours stopped 4 years ago and you are having this, I wonder if this just goes on and on way after post?

thanks,
