Ms. Anxiety
My heart rate runs fast, normally high 80's. Suddenly today my face felt tingly and I'm thinking, hummm, maybe some anxiety. You know the routine, tingly face a little weakness. So I take out the handy bp machine and my bp is up and my heart rate is falling 71..68..63. I've talked to my cardio who has put me through a myriad of tests and it is still a mystery to him. Usually my heart rate shoots up along with my bp. I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this...ie. can hormones do this...or is this really a mystery.

unless you have a medical reason for a bp machine, id throw that out and dont use one , it can only cause more anxiety

I do take T3 for my thyroid, but the Dr. is still in the process of adjusting it. My numbers were hypo back in Aug. and she increased my doseage, but I have another appt and blood draw coming up soon. I do think I am still on the low side, but it has been low for awhile so who knows. It is always something new.

I am also on clindamycin right now, but according to the Dr. and pharmacist it should not affect heart rate.

Just wondering if I am the only one with this.
