wow I just got flamed by a listserv on menopause when I asked a question about a menopause book! maybe I should start my own group! in general it wasn't a very active or informative group. but I am really shocked after being in a number of wonderful groups from the same source regarding health, to find such a odd one. I am so glad to have found you guys! I have learned more in one day on this board than I did in six months in the other group, thank you!

sigh thanks.. so what are you doing up at 5 am.. I stopped sleeping about an hour ago! I am very glad I found this board.... I am amazed by all the topics, all the members, all the great information for someone just starting the HRT journey!

so besides going online, what else are you doing up all night... I have been doing a little laundry, had a reallly early breakfast since I was hungry, am reading a spy novel trying to make myself fall back asleep. so when do you wake up at night? for me it is four am, I am up like a cannon went off by my bed! wide awake!
