Hoping that this new day has brought some relief.

I'm with you....... I feel like my ACCEPTANCE has gotten me through the last few months, but in recent days it's like the beast has found some new ways to "get" me... ugh. It's incredible that after dealing with these shifts and swings and spirals for so long that it has the power to trick me into thinking I won't come out of it.
