Think I would be used to this......

Nobody loves me, everybody hates me, think I 'll go eat worms.......

Sweet merciful crap.......it is still 12 days away from my supposed period......

And PMS has hit with fury.......don't know why it stands out......feel pretty rubbish most days......but talk or distract myself through it.

Now I know why my gynea dx me with PMDD........I feel like someone has taken over my body.

And my guts have settled right down after last weeks debacle.......1 week of guts horror and then overnight.....gone!!

Now it is time for emotional turmoil.......sore abdomen, sore kidneys, sore head, sore joints, constipation......

Here we go........time to batten down the hatches.

I'm with ya most days aren't great but pms days forget it. I dont exist. I try not to go anywhere. I park myself in front of the Tv with a blanket and chocolate.
