From October 1st through October 5th I used the cream twice a day and got fantastic results. However, I started my period on October 6 and didn't realize that I was supposed to stop the cream and used it until October 8th then stopped. When should I begin using the cream again? I have had 2 periods in 46 days. The normal for me would be 2 periods in 62 days. I also started using Estevan pm today and I was able to get in a nap this afternoon after a bad night last night. Am I taking the right stuff? Sounds like all this is trial and error to get some relief. I went to the cardiologist this week and he didn't seem concerned that I had any heart symptoms so I am looking at perimenopause symptoms for sure. I already had a thyroid test to rule that out. I'm flying blind here and it will be the first of next year before I can see a gynocologist. I cannot ingest soy because of intolerance issues.
