Hi Ladies

I have had night sweats before but for the last couple of mornings I have woken up with a hot face. My body isn't hot but my face is a bit flushed and feels warm to the touch. I am not sweating or anything.
I took my temperature and it's normal. Anyone experience this? Would this be considered a hot flash?

I have what some call a hot flush - where my face and neck feels warm but not sweaty.

I had this happen last week. My face felt really hot, but not sweaty. It lasted for 45 min to an hour. I wasn't at home so I couldn't take my temp., but I went to the restroom to look in the mirror and my face looked quite rosey. I had felt like I was fighting a virus so I thought it was either that or a hot flush.

I get this all the time !! It feels as though my face might explode from the heat, just before it happens I get a prickly feeling on the skin of my face like a bad sunburn or maybe pins sticking me all over my face, my neck, cheeks and forehead get very , very red and It feel as though I am running a high fever to the touch but my temp is normal.These are the kind of hot flashes...flushes (?) that I get.

Thanks for your replies Ladies! I am 6 days away from my period so I would imagine it's a peri thing! It's hard keeping up with all the new symptoms!
