Any one use Estrace cream (suppository) or the new one out Divigel? Just recieved samples of both, Just wanted any feed back, since my ovary pretty much stopped functioning , I had one removed 1 yr ago due to scar tissue, and just now starting to have mild sweating at night and during the day, Dr. said my E was extremely low so, I'm going to see if this helps!!! HELP these night sweats are driving me crazy! I get up all hours of the night, I'm not drenched just sweating and very warm!!So far this was the one symptom I didn't have, and now it's full force,guess I now understand what the rest of you were going through...lol!!!

I totally understand what you are going through. I had one of my ovaries removed because of cysts and my other ovary stopped functioning after a couple of years. Restless sleep and being really warm at night were the first symptoms. I too am trying to figure out these hormones. I am currently on Estrogel--and cycing in Progesterone every couple of months. Also--some testosterone a couple of times a week. I am thinking about trying the estrace pills? There are so many options and so much experimenting........it just takes a lot of fine tuning. Hang in there. At times I have almost lost my mind from trying to figure out what to take and how much to take. grrrrrrr

I use the Estrace vag cream and it's great. But, it does get absorbed systemically. I didn't like the Divigel (too low a dose for me). But, basically you don't know until you try something. Divi is similar to the Estrogel that many women seem to like. Good luck. JZZ
