I was curious about that myself. I just saw Marie Osmond peddling that stuff this morning, and decided to get on the site to pose the same question you did.

I've tried GEM and my hot flashes have all but disappeared. I noticed a difference when I went on a business trip and didn't take it with me.....the hot flashes started again before I got home. If I miss a few days I wind up waking up at night with night sweats. I swear, it's been a blessing in my life. I've told all of my friends and we're all on the "automatic reorder" plan. I highly recommend it - two thumbs up!
