Hello ladies....

I'm switching from transdermal P to vaginal cream P next week and am thinking about also switching from continuous E and P to cycling the P.
I have never cycled so would appreciate some help and advice from those of you who are post.

I can't say for sure. I've cycled Prometrium for 12 months and now for the past two months OTC progesterone cream and I feel about the same. I've now decided to use it for 21 days instead of 14. I didn't get periods regular either while cycling the P. I'd get one every 2-3 months and then I got 2 in a row 2 months ago and now nothing again. But I took continuous Estradiol so that may be why I was irregular??? I don't know. I can't figure any of this out.

I hope more chime in here, as I'm curious too.
