Hi all--

Does internal shaking seem to get worse for you during weather changes? I have a minor version of this peri symtom off and on for several months but all of a sudden I feel all buzzy trembley inside, sometimes accompanied by a feeling of light headedness or shakey legs. My good GYN has me on ADs and bcps, which seem to be helping most of my symptoms but not this one as much....

It has gone from summer weather to chilly fall and we sleep with the windows open at night, so I am wondering if the temp shifts are stirring things up

Happy Fall anyway! rolleyes.gif

I do not adjust to weather change well at all. My body temperature gets all messed up, sleeping, anxiety, and internal shakes. It takes me a couple of weeks to adjust to the changes.

Sissy, have you recently changed the dosage on your ADs? I know that any changes, i.e. increasing and especially decreasing an AD dosage can cause all the symptoms you described. Best of luck to you; I'm sure it is just another anoying Peri symptom.

Thanks friends!

I have been on the same AD dosage for several months, but you are right--I had all kinds of weird but passing symptoms as I worked my way up to my dosage. My own body chemistry may be changing with the darker colder days and the peri roller coaster in general...
