Hot flashing like a bear today! I do have to admit though that after just one B12 injection I am feeling less foggy and sleepy!!! Yeah! Now if I could just regulate my thermostat!!! Grrrr!

Find yourself a freezer on display in some dept. store and put yourself into it. The only way I know to eliminate hot flashes. Or move to Alaska, but I'm afraid we might all follow you there and then we can talk about global warming!

I'm sure global warming is caused by all of us baby boomers anyway!
