Hi Ladies....

I've been on Prog for about 8 years. I started taking it because of panic attacks and anxiety. I used Arbonne's brand then switched when I found a great compound pharmacy. The woman that I worked with at the pharmacy is wonderful and really helped me with the panic attacks.....now fast forward about 3 years since on the compound hormones and I'm starting to get new symptoms.....my periods are weird....spotting for days before....skipped periods....ect...
but the thing that's really getting me lately is the feeling down. It comes over me like a cloud.....I'm just depressed...or I can go into a crying spell or the PMS witch. My pharmacy lady said it sounds like my estrogen is low but she was always hesitant to give me estrogen because my saliva tests would come back normal or most the time high in estrogen. I finally asked her last week why she has been so hesitant in giving me estrogen and she said she comes from a family of breast cancer so she tries to hold off as long as she can. Well I finally have the estrogen and now I'm alittle freaked about taking it. It's Bi-Est 0.25MG/ML and I'm to use 0.5ML daily.

I'd love to hear about others starting estrogen after being on prog for so long....should I look for any signs if I really am high in my estrogen?
