I asked here a month or so ago which doctor I should see, a family doc, my regular ob/gyn or a new young women ob/gyn/do fresh out of school. I opted for the new young fresh out of school woman. Glad I did!!!

She actually took my heart palpitations seriously and wants me to be seen again by a family medicine doctor for blood pressure and perhaps a holter monitor. She said I should really rule out all the reasons I have them. I've been checked before by various doctors but they tell me it's all normal.

One thing she is having done are more thyroid tests. My thyroid is enlarged and this week I will have an ultra sound done on that. She ordered more extensive blood tests for that too.

So, it feels great to not be brushed aside and to have someone that seems to want to help me.

That is great! Glad she took time to listen and help.

It's so nice to find a dr. that actually seems to care and listen....just wish i could find one.
