Am I the only one who never heard of NuLean?? Is anyone out there using it?

Went for a check-up -- how did I gain more weight back!! -- so my doctor told me to try NuLean, which is completely different from the portion-control diets that honestly don't work for me anyway, it's a liquid meal replacement, easy to do, so far I'm pretty happy with it, mix two drinks a day and I have lots more energy, still losing weight.

I went on the website first *** and it all made sense, you have to detox or the fat just keeps coming back, hoping this is gonna do it for me, tired of dieting.

Will keep you posted!!

Hate to burst your bubble, but any diet which is mainly liquids is not successful. Studies have proven that most, if not all, people gain the weight right back once they start eating "real" food again. And the part about "detoxing" is bull...it is just not necessary. I have lost 40 pounds since early Feb. by eating sensibly, counting calories, and exercising. I am keeping the weight off quite successfully. The difference is I have learned that losing and keeping weight off must become a lifestyle change. I can go out to eat, celebrate with friends, etc...because I restrict NOTHING from my diet. It's all about moderation. And, I feel better now, at 50, than I did 20 years ago. I have tons more energy and am sleeping so much better. Many of my so called peri symptoms have disappeared since losing the excess weight!

AND...I certainly won't have to drink my meals for the rest of my life! Sorry if this sounds rude...but these so called diets are expensive and they just don't work in the long run. WIll you lose weight...sure...but unless you are prepared to spend the rest of your life following this special diet, chances are you will gain the weight right back!
