Has anyone that had a total hyster with ovaries out have anxiety that they never had before? What other symptoms do you suffer since your Hyster that you never had??? Thank you for your responces.
Hi,
I had a hysterectomy, but kept my ovaries. I was already perimenopausal at the time of my hysterectomy and noticed my symptoms worsened after the op.
A friend of mine had a complete hysterectomy and had to take hrt due to her severe symptoms caused by the removal of her ovaries, she wasn't perimenopausal/menopausal at the time of her op.
I feel that you should discuss your symptoms and available treatments (including natural) with your doctor, then you'll be able to decide on which route you will want to take.
