Still having problems with vivelle patch and to much or to little, I am at day 23 of my cycle I was on .05 felt a band like HA around my head, heart pounding edgy, felt depressed (which is very unlike me), not sure if this is being caused by to much or to little estrogen, and to much or to little progesterone. I reduced to .0375 and now still have band headache and feel very tired but no longer feel edgy and racy.... UGhhhhhhh this stuff is so frustrating. I have a big day at work tomorrow and get nervous with the headachs as they make me feel spacey and light sensitive. I am 37 and feel 107 Scared to use OTC progesterone cream as I do not want to feel more tired!! or racy...
