I've been experiencing low grade pressure on the top of my head that seems to move around the last couple of days. I have had a few sneezes and some drainage, but nothing I'd consider heavy duty. I also had some vertigo over the weekend and thought that maybe I had a mild cold of some kind that was affecting my ears. I also started some breast tenderness yesterday and thought maybe this was hormone related. Has anyone else experienced anything like this? Thanks~

Hi

I get the pressure all over my head. I do think its hormone related and it can be anxiety as well. I try not to think about it but it does scare me. I don't think there is anything you can take only pain killers but they do not get rid of it.I also get a runny nose especially in the morning. I would have a word with your Doctor just to be on the sfae side.

Take care

I've been having headaches on/off for past week. Last week we spent vacation in NE PA with parents and there was golden rod everywhere! Funny thing tho was Friday night/Saturday morning both my mother and I experienced vertigo. My mother was the first to mention it. She says its due to allergies. We both took some allergy meds and rested that day and by Sunday we were feeling somewhat better. Atleast the spins were gone.

Now I'm back to work, and I've had head pressure on and off. Today throat little scratchy and this afternoon started coughing. For me I think it's allergy related.

Hi retriever2 .... well, it could be an allergy, or cold .. but it also could very well be hormonal ... I've had this ,and continue to deal with it. I usually take Benadryl, heck, I could be the Benadryl poster girl by this time! lol .... but yeah, when you couple this with the breast tenderness, it does sound hormonal in nature. Vertigo, is also a symtpom of anxiety, so, keep that in mind too. I hope you feel better, don't worry, this isn't anything serious ... smile.gif

I think you're right on the money. My pressure is gone, but I'm sneezing, etc. Interesting on the vertigo, as I took a clairitin and thought maybe the med bothered my ears, but most likely not. Thanks for the support!

When I get it, it is usually from my sinuses. It feels awful. I rub my head andthen my sinuses actually start draining. yuck. I hope you feel better.

I used to get the "top of head" pressure thing. Sometime with a mild headache. Don't get them anymore once I went on hormones. Try tracking when you get them during your cycle (if still cycling). Mine were always just before periods (when e was lowest). Hang in there. Regards, JZZ
