hi there ladies, omg what the hell is going on for the last few days ive been getting this weird ,well the only way i can explain this is that im getting this freaking like palpitation now and then in my left temple with a dull numb ache its really weird i can just about put up with these other symptoms then bam i get another is there anything i can do. please write back if youve had these experiences, i keep thinking its an anuerism, sorry for the spelling. thanx

It sounds like anxiety. I get strange head pains in my temples and all over my head. Its anxiety for me, gets worse when I am nervous. I feel like you, every day I have another pain and ashe to worry about and I spend all day wondering what is going to happen,. Its awful, I know.
How anyway can say they do not get any symptoms must be very thankful.

I do feel for you as I have the same.

Hi "bay" ... if you look back a few years on this forum, you will see some of my posts from back then, talking about temple "problems"..lol ... lots of "temple problems"! I remember, it started one morning, Feb. 18th (yes, i rem. the exact day!) when I woke up, I had this horrible temple pressure on my left temple only. So, naturally, i thought it was a normal headache....well, it wasn't. Nope. It went on all day and night, the next day and night...and so on....FOR SIX WEEKS!
It never let up. It felt like someone was pressing their thumb in, against my left temple! That is the best way I can explain it. I was panic stricken! I took painkillers, Benadryl, whatever..... they helped somewhat, but not altogether, it felt "tight" in there, and just direct pressure. Then, one day, it was gone. It has never returned..i do get lousy sinus headaches, but not that temple pressure. At that time, I also experiened a sort of "throbbing" in the temple as well...is that what you mean by palpatation? I used to always get all my symptoms on the LEFT ..... a lot of women here experience that, they get their symptoms on one side or the other. Yes, you do go from one symptom to the next....you sound like you're in the beginning stages of this, and that is hard, because you become so afraid of all of this, all these whacky, scary symptoms. From what you said, I wouldn't worry at all .... you will have other head symptoms as well, so just be prepared. This, is all hormonal!
