Does anyone else have a revolving set of symptoms?

I've been under a great deal of stress lately. I find that I wake up feeling OK but then I take inventory to see what hurts or what doesn't feel quite right and the whole cycle starts. But whatever is bothering me changes from day to day -- and goes away completely when I'm busy and not dwelling on it.

Partial list of "symptoms"
Mouth hurts (probably from clenching)
Headache
Neck pain
Nausea
Hot flashes despite being 6 years post
And of course the ever popular panic attacks -- although thankfully they only last 30 seconds or so.

These things only occur one at a time -- so if my mouth hurts I'm not nausueous. None of it's serious but it's really annoying.

Anyone else going through this? Any ideas on how to shut it off?

Thanks.

If I could find my OFF button, I would be pressing it constantly.

Dear Lydia
Although I do take Xanax as needed when the 'The Highly Popular' but totally un-wanted symptoms become too much,I have to agree that if I get down to some kitchen and bathroom cleaning it does have a dulling effect.
However, see your Dentist about the teeth clenching as ,if left untreated, can cause tooth and gum problems along the road.He can make you a mouth guard to wear at night and possibly prescribe a muscle relaxant till symptoms subside.

God Bless
Elizabeth
P.S,What is it with these sweats.I have a friend in her late seventies who still gets Hot Flashes. She keeps her humour but I know it tires her out sometimes.

My off button is I go into my nice dark, cool bedroom and close the door. No one bugs me and I'm real real quiet. I'm happy, their happy, lol...
