I'm freaking out over here and it really is over something so stupid. I microwaved some spinach yesterday and when it came out, I salted it and went about eating it. My daughter says to me about 15 minutes later, as she was about to use the microwave "Who put the salt in the microwave?". I just said, I guess that would have been me, but I'm thinking "Oh My Gosh! am I really losing my mind?" It's been bugging me ever since and am sure that this is the start of dementia! Please someone tell me you did something equally as stupid.

LOL! Oh, gosh...go check your microwave right now! Did you remember to take the salt out?
What else might be lurking in there?
PUT A SIGN UP....it could save a lot of money...next will be the cheese or the milk. LOL!LOL! When our Estrogen declines, so dose our mind. I am on bios now, and my short term memory has returned.
I really thought that I was going crazy. My mother would call and tell me what she was going to do for the day...two minutes later, I would ask her what she was going to do for the day. She would get very angry, accusing me of not listening to her.
As a defense, I made a rule not to ask her certain questions. Once she went out of town. I forgot that she told me about it. (more than once) I finally broke down and called her to ask where she was.... I started laughing....I told her I meant to ask if she was having fun. I had did not recall her ever telling me that she was leaving. Before the bios, I was having a very hard time.
He!!, I couldn't even remember to pick up my kids or turn off the oven. I resorted to writing notes on my hand. How would you like to go to the grocery store with "Feed the Dog" on your hand? I forgot to wash off the note...it was there for any passing shopper to see. LOL!
Does this get better? I would like to encourage you and say, "Yes." However, I just don't know...without the bios, I was a mental mess. I love to read and have exhausted libraries. For a long time, I stopped reading. By the time I finished a paragraph, I was unable to remember what the first part was about. This is how bad it got for me.
I now am reading again.
