I'd love to hear what you think is the best natural progesterone cream out there. I've tried a bunch and haven't felt a discernible difference - only in my wallet smile.gif I know Pro-gest seems to be popular but was wondering if anyone has used the one from Doctor's Natural Therapy or PUH or Source Naturals? And has anyone found the "best price" online for their favorites? It seems some companies won't ship to California but some will - not sure what that's about.

Prop. 65, which went unchallenged in California, requires makers of otc progesterone cream to carry warnings that apply to synthetic progestins. This could be why some manufacturers have refused to ship to California. They would either have to put the warning on all their jars or make jars specifically for California consumers. Anyway, this is just my best guess as to why they refuse to ship there.

I have used ProGest in the past but I like Natural Women Progesterone Cream better. The base the cream uses is very light-aloe vera, avocado oil, carrot oil & vit. e. Just be sure whatever brand you buy contains USP progesterone.

My body :ph34r:HATES ph34r.gif the stuff. Over 9+ years, I've tried all forms and doses of Rx, special compounded doses, plus OTC products. By far, the most successful OTC brand for me was Kokoro. You'll have to Google it.
Good luck. Please let us know what works for you.

I like procheive. It's a vaginal cream. I didn't have the usual symptoms of bloat, anxiety, overeating, tiredness etc. On the contrary I felt more energetic.
