Do you feel any difference since you have started taking DIM. How much do you take each day. Do you need to know if you are estrogen dominant in order to take this or can anyone regardless if they are estrogen dominant or not? How do you know if you are estrogen dominant?
Thank you.
Mich
I take a supplement called Estrosense by Lorna Vangerhaege. It contains DIM, tumeric, green tea, milk thistle and I3C among a few other ingredients.
I've been taking this supplement for a many years now. I started taking it after researching the effect DIM and I3C have on excess estrogens in the body. I guess I started when I was in peri and was experiencing symptoms of too much E (bloating, painful, swollen breasts etc.).
I take it now just because I believe everyone could use these supplements to clear the system of excess E, to provide support for the liver and the antioxidant properties of some of the other ingredients.
I think it's a good, all round supplement for women to take.
You don't feel any different by taking it except that it will help with the E dominant symptoms. It doesn't give me energy or anything like that.
I don't know if you can get her products in the States.
Here's her web site so you can look at the ingredients and their benefits.
