Hi All,
I just joined this site last week and have been amazed at the out-pouring of support I received for the initial post I made concerning my recent miscarriage and subsequent crazy symptoms/worries. I'm 34 (will be 35 next month) began having panic attacks this past April after a long and very traumatic (very bloody) miscarriage. So many hormonal imbalance symptoms are similar to anxiety symptoms that's it's often hard to figure out what's going on. I've had various tests which have come back normal and no doctors have suggested I have anythign more anxiety; however, I've been convinced since day one that hormone issues are to blame for the large majority of my wierd bodily symptoms. I am finally seeing an anti-aging speciliast next week (paying out of my own pocket which stinks) who will be testing all of my hormones and I really hope to get some answers. I've suspected that a hormonal imbalance may have contributed to my miscarriage in the first place since I'd only had one post-partum menstrual cycle from my delivery in 9/07 when I became pregnant and was still breastfeeding my son.

In any case, I wondered if anyone else feels like their legs are "buzzing" sometimes? Other days my legs feel shakey or like they're vibrating but if I look at them they aren't really moving. Sometimes they feel kind of weak. This latest bunch of symptoms showed up about 2 weeks ago during the PMS phase of my cycle when I also began having heart palpitations/racing heart feeling at night. I had begun using progesterone cream and taking powdered magnesium so I wondered if this was related. I've been off both for about a week and will ovulate in a few days. The leg stuff is not as bad as it was during PMS but it's still coming and going. I get worried since there always seems to be something new popping up, but reading this site has really helped calm me down. Thanks!

Hi TL--

I "met" you on your last thread, but just wanted to say I had buzzing vibrating tingling jello legs when I had my postpartum hormone craziness in my 30s. I remember wondering if my legs were strong enough to drive. They always felt especially buzzy after exercise, or when I was laying in bed at night. All resolved when my hormones got back in order. Hope yours does soon too.

PS--not sure what others think, but I know when I was going through this back then I too tried progestonce cream as it seemed like a miracle cure in a jar--but I don't think it was any help and may have delayed my own system from rebalancing. I'm sure others have different experiences and opnions...

HI,
I have had the vibrating, weak legs for several weeks. Did the doctor check to see if you were anemic or if your blood sugars were high? I am sure if you had lab would done those two things would have been top on the list to check and they were probably fine. I think it can be hormone changes but it drives a person crazy. Some days I wonder if my legs are strong enough to carry me! Let me know how you are doing and if you labs were ok. Hope
