I have have been feeling really bad for a while I'm 44 so I knew what was up lol My problem was more in head the bad thoughts scary like Firday the 13 type so I decided to finally go to the doctor. She did some tests and I told her I wanted something natural to take to calm me down ~ she gave me a mood vitiman called It's called L-Methylfolate and I took it last nite and it made me feel great! My thoughts were good my mind was fine I also took fish oil for the frist time last nite. Went to bed fine slept great ~( thats a first I tell ya) Now what the hell when I got up I felt really bad physicaly I was dizzy I felt lightheaded felt like I was dying of course lol The thing that got me was the tingling feeling in my head see it's new to me ~ I felt off balance before and bad but, not like this. Have any of you felt like this before? Maybe this is a new thing I need to welcome

Thank you so much!
I have been taking L-Methylfolate for 3 days now it does help my mind with the scary thoughts. Now I'm trying to deal with the way my body feels. I was in tears when I wrote that first post had been crying all day.And all the sudden at 1:15am I started to feel normal strange how that happens ~ I started to freak out today so I just started dancing and I felt a lot better. I'm starting to keep a jounal of how I feel and what I doing to try and feel better. I get a lot of good ideas from here.
Hope everyone has a good day (*^o^*)
