I am bloated w/ stomach cramps all the time w/ no swollen breasts just muscle aches and all the other symptoms,sometimes feel cramping near ovary but still no swollen breasts am I fully in menopause?? I'm 48 no uterus and just one ovary. My ibs has gotten much worse can't distingiush if this is ibs or or do to meno?

I am usually bloated on most days. I do have small stomach cramps as well. I feel cramps near my ovaries when I ovulate or try to ovulate. I was told I had IBS some years ago and i think it's progressed over the years. The only advice I can give you about the IBS is try and eliminate sugar, wheat (all flour), diary from your diet, this might give you some relief...

I do feel the correlation between having Dairy products and the ibs!! Will keep in mind about the sugar,and wheat!!

maybe our stomach is just sensitive doing peri! But there are times when I'm bloated I can't relate it to anything!
