Hello Everyone!

Well, here it is day 23 of my cycle and I have started to feel yucky again! Instead of the typical headaches, besides feeling just yucky I am experiencing the following:

1) Increased Anxiety
2) Memory Fog
3) Itchy scalp and skin
4) Yesterday my throat was itchy and I felt like I couldn't get enough air into my lungs
5) And now today I ache all over! Wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck, mid and lower back, knees and ankles.
6) And when I pressed down on the bridge of my nose on each side, I started feeling pain inside deep inside my sinuses.

I am so anxious now and of course wondering what this all could be. I have a call in to my doctor but please, please tell me it doesn't sound like anything serious! I haven't been this anxious in awhile.

Thank you Peri sisters!

jaemama,
All hormonal, most symptoms related to anxiery, memory and brain fog, itchy scalp and skin, aching (big time), etc. All because of dropping and fluxing hormones.
Nothing serious, I can assure you, I have been battling the peri beast for a while. I get the same symptoms cyclically, every time I get anxiety/panic.
hang in there.

Thank you so much for your kind reply. I went to see my doc who seems to think the achiness is viral. The brain fog, memory and anxiety plus the itchiness, I am certain are peri critters too. I really appreciate the time you took to read and reply to my post.
