First off let me say that I will be 42 next month. Don't know if that matters. I still have my period on sehedule but it lasts a little longer and I sometimes have spotting a few days after my period. I too the perimenopause test and I have 28 of the 34 symptoms. Here are my test results Estrogen 162 (50-150) Progesterone 18.6 (2-15) Testosterone 56 (40-80). I haven't gone in for my appointent yet. I just spoke with the nurse on the phone. She assumed I was already on BHRT and said that the Dr would probably want to lower my dose. LOL, I don't use anything. This is my first test. My last period started on the 5th and my blood was drawn on the 24th. Any thoughts?

Looks pretty good, consider blood was drawn on day 19 of your cycle, both P and E look very good for your age. smile.gif
But the symptoms can be still perimenopause even if hormones still at high level, besides, the hormones fluctuate widely, so it can be up one hour and down next.
Get checked for fibroids, they can cause longer and heavier bleeding, IMHO, your results don't warrant any HRT. smile.gif
A bit higher than range is not a problem, I believe, it is all for reference only anyways.
Good luck,
I.
