My doctor says it's from stress.

Tomorrow, dh and I go to bankruptcy court. Please pray for us. It was a decision I never wanted to make and I'm having a very hard time dealing with the guilt and humiliation of it all.


After that, some of the stress will be off but we still have to deal with paying our back taxes and trying to negotiate with the city, state and the Feds.

As Yogi Berra would say: "It ain't over til it's over".

Don't worry about the humiliation...it happens. Sending you good thoughts.

oh i have back spasms too , i got this great shiatsu pillow from walgreens and its GREAT, i got 2 bulging discs in lower back and it has heat also its soooooo nice its only $40. and its worth it!!!!!
