morning mad h i too had a terriable nites sleep; please dont let the anxiety take control , you must get out of your house at least a few minutes a day get some sun on your face ,its good for the soul- plus it gives you vit D which we all need, hope you feel better soon....

Have you anything to take for the anxiety? If not, get your Dr. to prescribe some xanax to help get you calmed down a bit. It won't necessarily stop all the anxiety but will at least help to keep you from spiraling out of control. I know what it's like honey, it's awful and very frightening to say the least but we have to do whatever we can to keep it under some level of control. It's no way to live for sure but I have to believe that there is a light at the end of this very long tunnel. Take care of yourself and make sure you do things that will be relaxing and calming for you. I like the idea of getting outside your house and into the sunshine for a bit each day. Wonderful advice!!! Let the wind blow in your face, it makes you feel alive!!!
Hugs to you,
Jan

How are you feeling now madhouse?
Hope your day has gotten a little better, night time and early mornings can be pretty bleak at this time.
I have spent many mornings in despair and as the day has gone on started feeling a little better.

Madhouse, I really hope you will feel better and stay that way. This is such a rotten, scary time. Do you have something to take for the anxiety?

Aaaah bless you,
Yes think you,re right, I would imagine the internal shakes and noise in your ears has knocked your sense of balance right off kilter.
Just had a blinding headache myself this afternoon, felt sick with it too, never suffered with headaches much before, seem to get more frequent now, keep the other symptoms company I suppose!!
Hope you have a better night

Oh please believe you are not alone with this. I have been crying all day. I went to sleep with my husband snoring next to me. He was off today so I asked him to sleep on the couch. I fell asleep at 12 and bolted awake. I was so happy because I thought I finally, finally slept through the night without jolting up with a panic attack. I looked at the clock and it was 1. So I had one hour of sleep. I tried to fall asleep again and within minutes came "the feeling" right before dosing off and I jolted awake and once again jumped out of bed with the feeling like my heart stopped. So this went on all night. Every time I drifted off. I will have to take the Klonopin even though I am so afraid that it might not work or I'll die in my sleep because I can't wake myself up to breath. I had a sleep study done and it showed no apnea. I don't know what it is like to drift off to sleep with nice thoughts and sleep through the night . I am a walking zombie.
