Your so welcome. Please feel to PM me if you ever want to chat. This stuff is so confusing and annoying and unbelievable. No one informed me of this stuff. I figured a few hot flashes, a missed period here and there and poof, all done. Wasn't prepared for what was to come. Thank god I have 2 boys, lol. Although, they are quite aware of this transition. Not every woman struggles with it as much as others (such as myself) however, I have a scary feeling with all the processed food and chemicals, unless the medical community becomes better informed and better armed our future (younger generation) menopauser's may be in for a worse ride than some of us are having. Not sure about that, but, I sure wonder....
