Hello,
I have been dealing with this peri for a bout a year now. Does anyone get more anxiety and more nervous before and during your period? I feel so bad today! Please tell me your stories!!!

The 24 hours before starting a period are horrible for me...my anxiety is through the roof and i feel on the verge of a mental breakdown.My heart beats so fast,i can't take a full breath and i feel close to a panic attack up until the flow starts.
