Before medical intervention, yes, it was every single day. Mornings were always worse, but for a few months it was daily. It took meds to make it stop. But I am good now...it was horrible while it lasted.

each morning is like i'm grabbing for sanity, it depends on the person and their situation at hand.....my own situation allows me to freak out every morning...i try to fight it, it gets me first...and i did not ask for that!

Same here today a bad day, trembling lightheaded sob can,t take much more!!!

Every morning and then its back in the evening! I am so sick of all this. I may try Dr. Susan Lark has a supplement with Black Cohosh and other vitamins........called Harmony do a search and you will find it.
