YES I now have many days without anxiety!
Any day without headaches and anxiety is a good day.
I still have many other symptoms the body aches and fatigue can side line me most days! (At least I can leave the house with out the anxiety)!
There always something negative going on in my body tho!
One day at time I keep telling myself!!

I had some aweful panic attacks back in May. Which then lead to almost constant anxiety. Lately though, it has been more pronounced with my cycle, and some months are worse than others. Just last month I had a great month, I actually had some days whereas I felt great. This month a little tougher it seems, oh wait, 8/14 due to freakin ovulate anyday now, Good Lord help me...
Watch out ladies it will be a posting marathon for me...

I'm in the worst part of my cycle, too, Becca. I'm sure we'll be following eachother around the boards this weekend. LOL. I was really upset this afternoon because my anxiety has slowly built since Wed. after really good days on Monday and Tuesday. I still think my zoloft is helping and I'm trying to remind myself that this is the worst part of my cycle and I feel way better than this time last month. I went back to my regular regimen of ativan instead of skipping doses, but I'm hoping I can really start weaning off soon.
I forget, TW, what AD are you on and when did you start?

OH YES!!
Just about every day, and it seems to be getting worse. My 0.5 mg Xanax 3 times a day and my Suntheanine just aren't working any more during my worst days. I don't have panic attacks, just almost constant anxiety and nervousness with some intrusive, irrational thoughts . I used to be able to relax in the evening without taking a xanax, but now I just fall asleep exhausted, but not relaxed. So, needless to say, I sleep, but not a deep restful sleep. I am at a total loss of what to do until I see my Psych. on the 31st. I am really hoping that he will then give me a xr for Prozac or Celexa. He has been waiting for the Xanax to calm me down a bit before letting me start on the AD. I sure wish he would have just given it to me at the same time. I have been on a low daily dose of Xanax since March. It never has calmed me down all the way on my worst peri days. Now it just seems to be getting worse. This Month has been SOOOO BAD!! I am on NHRT Progesterone only. I still have periods very light, but still pretty reg. No hot flashes so far. I think I would trade the anxiety and nervousness for the hot flashes at this point. If any of you have any ideas at all on what I can do to feel better now I would greatly appreciate your help.
God Bless you guys,
Joyd

Dear 'little lil'
I would say I might get a few days anxiety free but it varies in degrees to tolerable or I have to take a small dose of Xananx.
I think I am very sensitive and the number of domestic dramas that seem to surround me make it hard to relax.

I do have some days almost anxiety free but not often. Mostly everyday there's an "anxiety trigger" lurking. And just knowing that makes me feel anxious! It's like that commercial about some kind of heart medication where the stretcher is following the man around just waiting for him to have another heart attack! Has anyone seen that? CRAZY!

Today I had an anxiety "attack" while in the shower. I felt suddently unable to breath, & had to sit down. Fortunately there was a built in seat there. I was having a hotflash too, so I'm not sure which came first. But I felt awful & exhausted. I started p cream a week ago, & have notice changes in my hotflashes & state of mind. I wonder if it is responsible for these wierd feelings.
