Does anybody know when the best days are to test for estriol, estrone and estradiol? I have had estradiol tested on day 3 before but I am not certain about estriol and estrone? I have also heard that is is good to test estradiol later in the month.

Dear Laine:
We usually recommend those 3 estrogens to be tested about day 21 of the cycle (mid luteal phase).
