Hi,

Yesterday I went to the doc's to follow up on my bp, before I left the house I checked it and it was 146/98 at doc's 155/100, sooooooo, being that we have tried just the water pill and no results he put me on
Avalide 100/12.5 ( this one has a water pill in it as well). So, this morning I was to start the med, but could only take 1/2 because I'm worried about the side effects. I asked the pharmacist about it and he said that I "might" be dizzy or lightheaded..that was enough to get me scared. I have all the "what if's" going on. What if i get dizzy, what if it lowers my blood pressure too much ? I hate being this way.
I would love to hear from any one who is taking this med and how it made them feel .
