I've just been reading up on watercress and thyroid.I remember a yoga teacher used to mix watercress and pineapple juice,it fizzes up and is really good.I've been really tired lately and my body temp. has been low,so I looked it up and it has iodine for thyroid,iron and helps boost your metabolism for weight loss[among other things.If you want to learn more google;watercress thyroid and it's quite an amazing plant[good in salads too]I also read you should not take Bvits before bed it creates bad dreams.
