Wow ladies, I came across this website from Publix, trying to find a nearby Green Wise Store. OMGish check out this link...

It list basically every vitamin/mineral/herb. You click on the one you want more info, and great info, as to amount to take and conditions to be used for.

Then there is another section by Condition, you click on that, it then gives you vitamin/herb/mineral supplementation w/recommended dosage.

Honestly I can't believe this information came from Publix!! WTG!! I have been searching for something like this for such a long time, very easy to use and loads of information....
