Does any body out there get these feelings of hotness that go up through your shoulders and expecially in the back of my neck. I am not sure it is a Hot Flash, because I do not sweat. I think it is more of some sort of anxiety. I just start getting this feeling that heat is crawling up my shoulders and then I feel almost sick to my stomach and get really nervous at the same time. It is just like the worst feeling of doom or something. I don't know if I am fighting off panic or if it is some sort of hot flash. Any one out there experience this? I get it and then it goes away and then I will get it again through the day. I just started this about a week ago, when I came off the progesterone cream I tried. Don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.

I get that all the time. I'm not sure what it is either, but I am starting to think it's a variant on a hot flash. Come to think of it I think I got these sensations more after I tried progesterone cream (which also made me EXTREMELY depressed), but it still happens. Sometimes for me it also goes up the back of my head and really freaks me out.

I think that is nervousness and anxiety. I only get that in situations where I'm very anxious.
