Hi ladies, can I confirm that chest pain starts at the centre from belly upwards to chest. What about discomfort above left or right breast area, is this classified under chest pain? I had posted the following thread below about 2 days ago and pretty concern if my burping is the result of acid reflux or heart problem with my relatively high cholesterol count. The top of my left breast experienced some nudging pain for a couple of seconds and just goes off. Is this something I should be worried about ?
On two occasions last Friday and yesterday, after a meal I burped several times and my chest felt kind of stuffy. I felt much better after burping but it sort of come and go making you uncomfortable. I thought this may be a result of some wind and indigestion. A doctor told me that this can be due to high cholesterol! My cholesterol test last year was high at 248 with my LDL at 137 and HDL 96. Since the good HDL was at a good level, no medication was necessary. Now I am concern if all these burping has anything to do with my cholesterol level or is is just some acid reflux.

I seem to burp A LOT anymore and my total chol. was 221 and that was 4 yrs ago!! I should get that checked again.

Wow this is funny because lately I have been burping ALOT too .The first thing this morning I got out of bed and the minute I stood up I burped . I was like what the ***** . lol My last chol was good and has never been high .
