I am notorious for yo-yo dieting. I don't actually diet to lose weight, I just get on these kicks where I want to eliminate all sugar and eat healthy. For months I will go on terrible bingest, where I just eat terribly. Then, I will get on a kick where I eliminate everything that is bad for me and take in less then half the calories I was before. I tend to do this in cycles (ie, April eating badly, May eating well, June eating badly again, July practically going through detox!). Do you think what you eat and dieting can effect your hormones?
